A reusable paper shopping bag designed with durability and material efficiency in mind<\/strong><\/p>\n

We work continuously to design and develop packaging solutions by considering functionality, material selection, durability and end-of-life aspects<\/strong> as part of the design process.<\/p>\n
In collaboration with Billerud, Fiorini International has developed ReuseMe<\/strong>, a paper shopping bag designed for large-scale distribution and retailers. Made from FibreForm\u00ae paper, the bag is designed to withstand loads of up to 21 kg and up to 50 uses<\/strong>, according to the performance specifications established for the product.<\/p>\n
The shopping bag is made from FibreForm\u00ae paper<\/strong> and is available in brown and white versions. The material used for the product is FSC\u00ae certified<\/strong>, providing information on the responsible sourcing of the fibre according to the applicable certification requirements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
ReuseMe was developed with dimensions comparable to reusable polypropylene shopping bags and with the aim of providing the load resistance and durability required for repeated use. Its paper-based construction provides retailers with an option for applications in which they are seeking to replace conventional plastic shopping bags<\/strong>, subject to the specific requirements of the intended use.<\/p>\n
The new ReuseMe<\/strong> shopper was selected as a finalist in the Best Packaging Award 2023<\/strong> and presented in connection with the packaging design initiatives held during Milan Design Week.<\/p>\n
The bag also provides a large printable surface for brand, product and consumer information. Water-based inks<\/strong> are used for printing, allowing the communication design to be customised according to individual brand and retailer requirements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
Its communication concept can focus on reuse, material choice and correct end-of-life management<\/strong>, providing consumers with clear and factual information about the characteristics of the packaging without making claims about its overall environmental performance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
