BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standards) has awarded Fiorini International an AA grade under the Global Standard for Packaging Materials, following the relevant audit process. The AA grade is the highest grade available for an announced audit under the BRCGS grading system.
The BRCGS Global Standard for Packaging Materials provides a framework for packaging manufacturers to demonstrate that appropriate systems and processes are in place to support product quality, legal compliance and product safety. The Standard is used across packaging applications and provides a recognised framework against which manufacturing sites can be assessed.
Achieving and maintaining certification requires periodic assessment against the requirements of the Standard. For Fiorini International, the certification forms part of the company’s approach to monitoring and continually improving its quality and product safety management processes.
The BRCGS AA grade provides customers and other stakeholders with independently assessed evidence of compliance with the requirements covered by the certification scope. It complements Fiorini International’s ongoing commitment to the quality, safety and reliability of its production processes.
