Respect, ethics, transparency and governance represent some of the main pillars of our business strategy, market reputation and sustainable development objectives. The Italian Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato (AGCM), has renewed the Legality Rating, the certification that includes us among the most honest and responsible Italian companies: the 2-stars rating gives us an higher compliance rating thanks to the adoption voluntary requirements in addition to the legal mandatory ones. The Legality Rating analysed corporate risk management, transparency of payments, the presence of processes to manage social and ethical issues, our inclusion on white list, the list of figures not subject to mafia infiltration. These actions are part of our daily operations, regulated by the Code of Ethics, the key document of our company. Legality and ethical behaviour are also the focus of our internal company operations and for our relations with suppliers and customers. The Legality Rating represents the heart of our sustainable development approach, the key value behind all our actions and objectives in the ESG framework.
Legality, ethics, transparency and respect: acknowledged by the Italian Authority
