Following an analysis of market requirements and consumer habits, and in collaboration with Billerud, Fiorini International developed a shopping bag made from FibreForm®, a paper-based material available in brown and white. The material is covered by FSC® Chain of Custody certification (FSC® C015302).

The bag is designed to combine strength, durability and functionality for a range of retail applications. Its paper-based construction has been developed taking into account end-of-life management through paper recycling streams, subject to the characteristics of the final packaging and to local collection, sorting and recycling systems. FibreForm® is manufactured from renewable, fibre-based raw materials.

The solution provides a paper-based option for retail applications requiring specific levels of strength, durability and functionality, according to the intended use
